Deborah Bluemel, CPA & Partner
Having worked in the industry over 30 years, Debbie (as she prefers to be called), has spent the last 23 years at Susan Kieser & Associates, until Susan’s retirement in October 2019. Debbie specializes in helping individuals, trusts, and closely held businesses in all areas of tax planning and preparation, accounting services, general consulting, Quickbooks setup and related issues.
Debbie graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, concentration in accounting.
A Sacramento native, Debbie is a sports enthusiast. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, hiking, and ocean vacations with her husband, son, and twin daughters. She is also a dedicated team mom and photographer for her children’s wrestling, soccer and volleyball teams.

Jasmine Dhillon, CPA & Partner
Jasmine joined public accounting industry in year 2000, and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2003. She has extensive experience in multi-state taxation and works with individuals and closely held businesses in all areas of tax planning and preparation, accounting services, general consulting, QuickBooks setup and related issues. She maintains a high standard of integrity, hard work, technical excellence, and good communication.
Originally from the beautiful island of Fiji, Jasmine graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting.
Jasmine has called California home since the early 1990s. When not working, she enjoys ocean vacations, hiking, reading, music, dancing, and spending time with her husband and two sons.

Tammy Ross, Office Manager
I’ve been in the accounting industry as an administrative support team member/office manager since 1989. I am delighted to now be a part of the Bluemel & Dhillon team working in the capacity as their office manager.
I was born and raised in Sacramento and temporarily relocated to Reno, Nevada for five years where my two beautiful daughters were born.
I enjoy spending time with my grandbabies, family and friends. My husband and I enjoy time at the dirt tracks, driving our classic cars, and entertaining. I relax by baking, cooking and watching Disney+ (I am a Disney Freak). I am an active member in my church community which brings me my peace.
